The City Clerk's Office at 50 Payson Avenue administers all elections in the City of Easthampton. Email the City Clerk or call 413-529-1400, ext. 460 if you have any questions.
Register to Vote
The deadline to register to vote for all elections (and primaries) is 10 days before the election.

Vote by Mail:
Voting by mail is now allowed for all elections in Massachusetts. A written request is required for a ballot to be mailed. More information on voting by mail
Biennial City Elections
The 2023 Biennial City Election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, 2023. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Nomination papers for the election will be available starting on Monday, July 3rd.
The offices to appear on the 2023 ballot will be: City Councilor at Large (4), Precinct Councilor (1 for each of the 5 voting precincts) and School Committee member (6). The Office of Mayor WILL NOT appear on the 2023 ballot.
2023 Biennial City Election Calendar
