Affordable & Fair Housing Partnership
The mission of the Easthampton Affordable and Fair Housing Partnership is to support the production and preservation of long-term, quality affordable housing in the City of Easthampton. The Housing Partnership serves as a resource to the City on affordable and fair housing matters and can make referrals to resources available for residents.

Agricultural Commission
The Agricultural Commission represents the Easthampton agricultural community, including all types of farming and raising of livestock, poultry, and horses, as well as forestry and wood products businesses, and accessory uses and activities customarily associated with these endeavors.

Aquifer Protection Committee
The Aquifer Protection Committee works to protect the City's sole source of drinking water through regulations, ordinances, development review, and land acquisition.

Biodiversity Environment & Ecological Sustainability (BEES) Committee
The purpose and duties of the BEES Committee is to facilitate discussion and implementation around matters pertaining to establishing, expanding, and maintaining environmentally and ecologically responsible and responsive policies.

Board of Assessors
The Assessors raise local revenue through the taxation of real and personal property, as well as motor vehicle and boat excise

Board of Health
The Board of Health oversee the efforts of the Health Agent and the Public Health Nurse.

Board of Public Works
The Board of Public Works, acting through the Mayor, shall be responsible for the overall supervision of the Department of Public Works and for the establishment of priorities and policies to govern the operation of the department.

Charity Funds Committee
The City Clerk's Office administers the distribution of income from four funds which were created to help needy residents in the city.

Commission on Disability
It is the mission of the Commission on Disability, in conjunction with the Americans with Disabilities Act, to bring Easthampton into compliance with all rules and regulations relating to disability access within our community.

Community Preservation Act Committee
The Community Preservation Act Committee makes recommendations to the City Council for the expenditure of funds for open space, affordable housing, historic preservation, and recreation projects.

Community Relations Committee
The Community Relations Committee works to promote positive relations throughout Easthampton's diverse population.

Conservation Commission
The Conservation Commission oversees the local implementation of the state Wetlands Protection Act and Rivers Protection Act.

Contributory Retirement Board
The Easthampton Contributory Retirement System is a retirement system for the eligible employees of the City of Easthampton and the Easthampton Housing Authority.

Council on Aging
The mission of the Easthampton Council on Aging is to identify and meet the needs of Easthampton's senior residents by providing programs and activities, information and referral, advocacy and outreach services.

The mission of the Easthampton Development and Industrial Commission is to support and enhance the economic environment for current and future businesses, residents, and the community at large.

Easthampton City Arts
Easthampton City Arts creates a strong cultural identity for the City of Easthampton by stimulating and supporting innovative and diverse cultural programs and activities aimed at enhancing public access to the arts and humanities.

Easthampton Cultural Council
The mission of the Easthampton Cultural Council is to distribute funds made available through the Massachusetts Cultural Council.

Energy Advisory Committee
The Energy Committee advises and assists the City, its agencies and agents, in developing priorities, policies and programs focused on cost effective energy use, energy conservation and renewable energy generation.
