Our Lady of the Valley Parish is requesting approval of an expansion at Saint Brigid's Cemetery located at 109 Everett St. This expansion will include approximately 1 acre of work within the 100ft buffer zone consisting of tree removal, site grading, and installation of storm waste management structures (basins & wales), and construction of a 16ft wide cul-de-sac and chapel building.
Per M.G.L Chapter 131 Section 40 of the MA Wetlands Protection Act this expansion project requires approval from the Board of Health.
The Board of Health will be holding a virtual public hearing regarding the expansion. Please see the agenda posted on the city website on the week of the hearing for login information.
