Overview
This committee was established in April of 2023 under the City Ordinances, Chapter 2, Article III, Division 12. The purpose and duties of the Biodiversity Environment and Ecological Sustainability Committee is to facilitate discussion and implementation around matters pertaining to establishing, expanding and maintaining environmentally and ecologically responsible and responsive polices. These include but are not limited to:
- Biodiversity
- Environmental Stewardship
- Ecological Sustainability
