1. Gregory Haas, Manager, Haas Home Products, LLC - seeking a special permit to extend, alter, or structurally change a pre-existing non-conforming single family dwelling through demolition and reconstruction in accordance with sections 11.12 (b) of the Easthampton Zoning Ordinance. The structure is nonconforming to front setback and residential use in an Industrial District. Subject property is located at 65 Lovefield St (parcel ID 130-14)

For the ZBA to receive a copy of the Chapter 40B Handbook for Zoning Boards of Appeals prepared by the Massachusetts Housing Partnership
