CITY OF EASTHAMPTON ENDS WATER USE RESTRICTION
Effective immediately the City of Easthampton Department of Public Works is ending the water use restriction for users of the Easthampton Public Water System. The City’s water supply system is regulated by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP). MassDEP requires restrictions to be implemented during the months of May through September when certain criteria are met. We ask that users continue to be mindful of non-essential outdoor water consumption.
The DPW appreciates the efforts users have made to comply with this restriction and help protect our most valuable resource.
