What: Flu Clinic
*Regular and High Dose vaccine will be available*
When: Wednesday, November 24, 2021
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Where: Easthampton Council on Aging-19 Union St. (enter through the lower level)
Who: Open to the public, ages 5+
How: Pre-register by Tuesday, November 23rd
Important Notes:
Pre-registration is required for all flu vaccine recipients:

- There is an option to either sign up for a regular dose or high dose vaccine. Only those who are 65+ years old are eligible for a high dose vaccine.
- If you require assistance with registration, please call the Council on Aging @ 527-6151 or the Health Department @ 527-1430
- The vaccine is free to the public; insurance helps us cover administrative costs to help subsidize the vaccine program. Those without insurance will still be vaccinated at no cost.
