The City Clerk's office at 50 Payson Avenue administers all elections in the City of Easthampton.  Email cityclerk@easthamptonma.gov or call 413-529-1400, ext. 460 if you have any questions.

The election schedule for 2020 is as follows:

Tuesday, September 1, 2020 - State Primary - deadline to register to vote is Aug. 22, 2020
Tuesday, November 3, 2020 - State Election n- deadline to register to vote is Oct. 24, 2020

VOTING BY MAIL:  For information on applying for a vote by mail ballot for the September 1st primary or Nov. 3rd election, please click HERE.  If you are emailing your request, please send it to VOTE@EASTHAMPTONMA.GOV.  

If you are not enrolled in a political party and wish to vote in the primary, PLEASE MAKE SURE to indicate the party ballot you would like mailed.  

Applications may also be mailed to City Clerk, 50 Payson Ave., Easthampton, MA  01027 or put in the drop box at the municipal building.

IN-PERSON EARLY VOTING will be held on the following dates:
   State Primary - Saturday, Aug. 22nd to Friday, Aug. 28th
   State Election - Saturday Oct. 17th to Friday, Oct. 30th

Information on times and locations will be posted soon.

ELECTION DAY VOTING will also be held, as usual.  Any voter who has returned an early or absentee ballot that has been accepted by the local election office, CANNOT vote on Election Day.

Biennial City Elections are held on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November in odd numbered years. There is no early voting for municipal elections.
